A new 16-inch water main was installed from E Kings Hwy down Schoolhouse Lane and ends on NJ-73 South in front of CarMax. This new line will be permanently brought online (or connected to the existing water distribution system) later this week. This line is added to improve flow and pressure in this vicinity of Maple Shade. Because of the new flow and pressure coming from this line, there is a chance for brown water in the surrounding areas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or experience brown water and wish to report it, please call the Water Department at 856-488-7450. If you do experience brown water, please flush the cold water until the condition improves.
